Most of the crabs are released all over again – we only choose what we need to make a very good meal. Then it is actually time to return to dry land, get rid of the crabs and boil them in seawater. We try to eat them then and there, with bread, mayonnaise and maybe a glass of white wine – almost nothing else. This can be the best fare of all!At
